The Passage Project
The ultimate goal of this project is to transition the viewer from the outside world into the gallery space. I see the Gallery as a womb like space that promotes one to slow down and contemplate things in a mood of reflection and meditation. The act of entering through the passageway (stairway) is like a 'return to the womb' symbolically and leaving like a re-birth.
